Pricing and billing
How billing works on seenode, the free trial, and the price of applications, databases, and storage.
seenode uses credit-based billing. You add credits to your workspace, and the cost of your running services is deducted from that balance once per day. Each service has a fixed monthly price; you are billed for the time it runs, and traffic or request volume never changes the price.
Tip (7-day free trial)
New accounts get a 7-day free trial, no credit card required. The trial starts when you create your first service and includes a Basic application (Web or Worker) and a Basic database. After the trial, add credits to keep your services running.
Applications (Web and Worker)
Web and Worker services share the same instance sizes:

Change the instance size at any time from the service’s Settings → Upgrade instance. Each additional replica is billed at the same instance price.

Persistent storage
Persistent storage is billed at $0.50 per GB per month and can be attached to a Web or Worker service (see Persistent storage):

Adding credits
Top up your balance at any time from Buy more credits in the workspace menu, in amounts of 25, 100. Payment is handled by Stripe.
Enable auto top-up (“Low credit prevention”) to have seenode add credits automatically when your balance falls below about 7 days of usage. Auto top-ups of 25, 10% at 100. Credits never expire.
